Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re far too busy working on your website or developing your apps, you rarely have the time to keep an eye on what’s going on with the server – whether it’s under stress or if all the processes are running correctly. With our Managed Services package, we’ll do that for you. Your server will be included in a custom–built server monitoring system and if ever there is a sign of a problem, our server admins will be notified automatically.

Weekly Backups

In case you run a busy site or a resource–heavy web application, it is important to maintain a full back–up copies of everything. Unfortunately, configuring an automatic backup system can be hard. That is the reason why we offer you our Managed Services package – we will keep a complete backup copy of your VPS plan, not just of your websites and hosted content, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, saving all the modifications that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly infinite number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which permits you to demand any of our professional server administrators to install and configure any software and to take care of any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

Our Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It is an add–on for the KVM VPS Plans.
